What Are My Shipping Options?
Excalibur Brothers ships exclusively via UPS. Service levels
available within the continental USA are UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day
Air. Excalibur Brothers reserves the right to substitute an equivalent
carrier at the same service level.
UPS Standard and UPS Worldwide Express service is available to most addresses in Canada.
UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited are available
to most other address around the world.
All UPS Services both domestically and internationally offer
point to point online tracking of your order. You can track the progress as it
leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door. All orders are also fully
insured against damage and loss.

How are my
shipping charges calculated?
UPS Ground Service to 48 continental United States
All ground freight is based on the subtotal of the order. Please
use the following table to determine your shipping costs.

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select charges are all based
on the weight of your order and the destination of the order. If you chose one of
these options you can check your shipping charges simply by going to the
shopping cart and clicking on the "CheckOut" button. (Don't worry you can always
return to shopping or cancel your order at any point before you click the
"Submit Order" button.) Your order will not be processed or billed until you
click the "Submit" button.

UPS Ground Service to Canada is based on the weight of the order.

What
happens if an item is out of stock?
Although we do our very best to keep all items offered in stock
there are rare occasions where the computer inventory shows an item in stock but
there are none actually in the warehouse. If this happens you will be notified
by e-mail. If you wish to keep the item on backorder you simply do nothing and
as soon as the item is in stock we will ship the item to you. If the item cannot
ship within 30 days you will be notified at that time and be given the option to
have your purchase refunded to your credit card or leave the item on back order. If you wish to cancel
the backorder simply follow the instructions included in the e-mail
notification.

Can you
accept online checks or debit my savings account?
If you already have a PayPal account you can use PayPal to automatically debit your checking OR savings account. If you do not have a PayPal account already you can easily sign up at PayPal.
You may also use ANY debit card or gift card that bears a VISA,
MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo or emblem.
You can also pay by mail, simply choose the mail/fax option,
print the form and mail your personal check (US Residents Only) or a certified
money order (in US $) to the address on the order form page.
Orders received via US Postal Service and paid for with Money
Orders, Certified Checks and Bank Drafts will be processed same day they are
received.
Orders paid for by personal check will be shipped in 7-10
business days.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by Michigan state law to collect 6% sales tax on
any items (not including shipping & handling charges) purchased by residents of
the state of Michigan. (Regardless of shipping destination.) However as part of our 0% Sales Tax policy we will pay the 6% Michigan sales tax out of our profits. Sales tax will not
be added to any other orders. Items shipped into Michigan but purchased by
non-residents are NOT subject to Michigan State Sales Tax.

Do you ship
international?
Excalibur Brothers wants the international community to enjoy
the pricing we have to offer. To keep costs low Excalibur Brother only accepts
credit card orders from customers in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.
Payments from other countries must be made either via a
certified Pay Pal® account or via the
postal service with certified money order in $USD.
We must insist on doing business this way due to the inability to verify international credit cards and the
amount of international credit card fraud.
If you wish to pay via postal service with a certified money
order please e-mail us with the list of items you wish to order and we will
e-mail you back with an order #, additional shipping charges and the order
total.
Certified money orders can be obtained from your local postal center, American
Express Service Centers, Western Union Service Centers to name a few.
International Orders received in this manner will ship in 7-10
business days after order is received.
If you wish to pay online with a certified Pay Pal®
account you will be sent an PayPal money request for the shipping charges for international delivery before the order is shipped.
If you decline the
additional charges your order will be canceled and any charges to your Pay Pal®
account will be reversed automatically.
If you do not respond to the e-mail within 3 business days your
order will be canceled and any charges to your Pay Pal®
account will be reversed automatically.
If you would like a quote for freight charges in advance please use the information on our Contact Us page to e-mail us a request for a quote. You can then enter this quoted amount on the order form to complete the order with only one payment.

Can I have
my Package Delivered Tomorrow?
Our orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders
are usually processed within 3-4 business days.
If you need to have your order processed immediately, we offer RUSH same day processing*.
All you need to do is select a premium shipping service upon checkout. This
would be UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select. Your order will
automatically go the front of the orders for expedited processing.
For shipments required the next day, be sure to call a Customer Service
Representative to ensure your order goes out the same day at 888-357-6701 or 517-372-6523. All
Overnight shipment requests placed by 9:00 AM ET Monday - Friday will
be shipped the same day. You will receive your package the next day (not
including Saturday and Sunday)
*Same day processing means that your package will ship the same day if you place
the order by 9:00 AM ET Monday - Friday. UPS does not offer Saturday or Sunday
pick-up service. Rush orders placed after 9:00 AM Friday, or anytime on Saturday and
Sunday will ship on Monday (except if Monday is a legal holiday). It will still take 1-3 days for your order to arrive, depending on
shipping method selected (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select).

Can I get a catalog?
No. Unfortunately we do not offer a catalog. We do this because
the cost of printing and mailing a catalog drives up costs resulting in higher
prices to everyone. So instead we keep our website up to date on a daily basis
and new items are added as they are available. We do have plans to offer a
downloadable .PDF catalog but no date has been determined yet.

Is a "False-Edged" sword blunt to the touch or could I safely saw on my arm and
not cut myself?
We'd almost hope this one would fall into the category of
"common-sense" but since it was asked we will answer.
A "False-Edged" sword means simply that the cutting edge has not
been sharpened to a razor edge for effective cutting. The edges and point can
still be on the "sharp" side and can be dangerous if not properly handled.
These are NOT toys!!!
NEVER run a blade, sword or knife across or into any part of
your or anyone else's body. Always think SAFETY FIRST!!! A perfect example just
the other day. I was opening a small tool box and ran my thumb across the edge
(which is not sharpened) and cut it just deep enough to draw blood. Always err
on the side of caution!!!

these swords and knives legal in my area?

What is dimensional
weight?
Dimensional weight on most products is the actual shipping
weight of the item. Some swords and axes are very long and/or have large handles
and pommels. UPS assigns a minimum weight on any package based on the cubic size
of the package (Length x Width x Height) and divides that by 194 and charges the
greater of this number or the actual weight. Example. A sword may weigh 4 lbs
but requires a box 56" long x 12" wide by 3" high. (56x12x3=2016) If you divide
2016 by 194 this package has an 11 pound minimum weight. (2016/194=10.39....)
All fractions of a pound are round up to the next full pound. (Full

Why am I being charged Extra
Shipping?
For UPS Ground Shipments if the cubic size of a package is greater than 5184
cubic inches (Length x Width x Height) UPS divides the cubic size by 194 and
charges the greater of this or the actual weight. Example. An item may weigh 24
lbs but requires a box 18" long x 18" wide by 24" high. (18x18x24=7776) If you
divide 7776 by 194 this package has an 41 pound minimum weight.

Do you ship to APO and FPO
addresses?
Yes. We are happy to serve those in the Military who serve us and protect our
freedoms. Please be advised that our credit card processor checks the IP country
of origin against the issuing bank country of origin. Therefore if you are using
a card from a US based bank you will need to place your order by phone to
1-517-579-4873, have a family member here in the US place the order online for
you, or fax the information to 1-517-579-4764. To print a fax order form simply
add the items to your cart as normal and after clicking checkout select the
Fax/Mail option and complete your payment and shipping information as normal.
After clicking Submit a form will be generated that you can print and fax or
mail. The fax and mail information will be on the form as well. If sending by
mail you may wish to print 2 copies so you can keep one for your own records.

I'm in the Military and
stationed overseas. Why won't it accept my credit card?
To prevent international credit card fraud our processors are set to check the
IP address country of origin of all orders against the issuing banks country of
origin and if they don't match the processor will reject the order. This
prevents an unscrupulous person from another country from using credit cards
information of US citizens gained through illegal methods from placing orders on
our site. The unfortunate byproduct is that our military members stationed
overseas who have US based banks accounts cannot place an order online. We are
happy to help you place your order by phone by calling 1-517-579-4873 or having
a family member here in the US place the order online for them.
If you have an APO or FPO address we will be happy to accept your credit card
information by mail or by faxing it to 1-517-579-4764. To print a fax order form
